
DataMetriq Overview
Datametriq is a toolset that closes the gaps between the
user’s ERP/Accounting system and their EDI needs and requirements.
BASE MODULE
INCLUDES:
Automated Alerts
· Unacknowledged ASN Alert
· Unacknowledged Invoice Alert
· Price difference Alert (Notification of PO price
difference for each customer and item combination when new PO doesn’t match
prior PO)
· Error Message Alert (Notification in 864/824 or any other msg
segment of an error condition)
· PO Change received Alert (860 received alert)
· Non-Standard PO type received alert (ex: 855
required)
· Chargeback received alert triggered by minimum
dollar amount (ex: over $500)

Automated Processes
· Distribution via email to individual account
reps of all New PO’s Received – Detail (Line items)

ENCHANCE/PLUS
MODULE INCLUDES:

which will allow:
· All reports and alerts above can be run manually
via the console interface with user defined selection criteria
· PO lifecycle tracking
· Lookup of RAW 850 data via PO# search
· Comparison of all incoming orders received via
EDI against orders actually processed by customers ERP system. (3)
· Alerts for “no 810 generated “ for received 850.

· Weekly transmission of all 852’s received in
excel format
OTHER MODULES
INCLUDE:
· Chargeback module with the ability to research
easily and document status/track progress of chargeback issues.
· 855 Module which will automatically create an
855 in response to an 850 (1)
· Item Sales / Sell thru report module with 852
data integration. (5)
· Custom routing of inbound EDI data for multiple
divisions/companies/servers . (2)
Requirements: Remote access
to any machine that has a mapped directory to the edi raw files and the ability
to load programs (typically a secure ftp program/script , a program scheduler
and a print-to-pdf printer ). Datametriq reports/alerts can be setup to run
offsite as well.
(1) Datametriq will require that the ERP system run a
regularly scheduled output with current inventory availability details.
(2) Datametriq will require an input file produced from
customer of inventory items which will
define to which directory output is to be processed into.
(3) Datametriq will require that the ERP system run a
regularly scheduled output summary of daily processed orders.
(4) The report would estimate as to when an 856 is due by using the original PO’s “start ship” or “In
house to be received” date.
(5) Module could require additional consulting fees in order to setup to customer
specifications and environment
